House Rules
- Check-in: 4 PM EST. Note: Freckled Fin Irish Pub offers discounts to visitors that arrive early. Stop by before 4:00 and have proof of your check-in day and they will give you 20% off of your order.
- Check-out: 10 AM.
- Noise: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM.
- Pets/Animals: A limit of 2 pets per unit shall be enforced. Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, or Rottweilers are not accepted as our insurance carrier specifically excludes those breeds. Pets must be on a leash and attended 100% of the time while outside. Service animals shall not be left without an owner at any time and may not be left inside or outside unattended. Beach Equipment: Available on a first come, first served basis. Guest may not loan or give equipment to non-guests. Beach equipment is not to be brought inside or stored in a unit. Guests waive all liability claims for use of or failure of any provided beach equipment. Use equipment at your own risk.
How to Enter and Parking
- Unit 1: Parking is the far left spot that is not under the carport. You can park up to two vehicles in tandem. In front of the parking spot is a set of stairs. Go up to the platform and go left. Your porch overlooks the backyard.
- Unit 2: Parking is the far right spot, closest to the fence. You can park up to two vehicles in tandem. The stairs are on the left side of the building. Go up the first few stairs to the platform and then turn right. Your porch overlooks the parking area.
- Unit 3: Parking for unit 3 is in the middle. Your front door is right in front of your parking spot. You can park up to two vehicles in tandem.
Laundry
Our laundry facilities are free to our guests. The entrance to the laundry room is on the ground floor, next to the door for unit 3. The code for the laundry room is 441044.
