A class that focuses on being comfortable in a kayak. Learn stroke technique that activates your core to go farther & faster with less effort. Our paddling instructor guides you to work on speed, power and maneuvering skills with strength.
What to Bring:
Drinking water, sunscreen, bug spray, waterproof camera/phone, with a bunch of friends and family. Tipping your guide is encouraged. Cash is best.
What to Wear:
Shoes that will stay on your feet, a hat, quick dry clothing, sunglasses. Long sleeve UV guard and pants are recommended on mid-day and longer trips.
