This class paddles far and fast. A high intensity interval workout to make you sweat and feel your muscles throb. Resistance training and cardio all in one exercise. Activate a strong core. Tighten abs. Stimulate muscle cell synthesis and shred your upper body. Get into the zone with the instructor encouraging you to push harder and faster.
What to Bring:
Drinking water, sunscreen, bug spray, waterproof camera/phone, with a bunch of friends and family. Tipping your guide is encouraged. Cash is best.
What to Wear:
Shoes that will stay on your feet, a hat, quick dry clothing, sunglasses. Long sleeve UV guard and pants are recommended on mid-day and longer trips.
