At the Newport Equestrian Academy we offer a beautiful beach trail ride! The most popular tour is the two hour tour that rides to the longer Second Beach which overlooks Saint George’s Castle up on the hill. It looks just like you’re in Ireland! It’s a Gothic Castle built in 1910 and is part of the esteemed Saint George's School, established in 1896. There are miles of beach that you can ride along the waters edge at this time of year! The hour and half tour goes to use the shorter Third Beach which doesn’t get as close to the castle but you're still afforded beautiful coastal views and sweeping ocean vistas.
