• Tours take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• For Reservations after 5:30 p.m. Please call to Book (+ Additional Charges)
• Price is per person. Minimum of 2 people; maximum of 3 people per tour. (If you have a larger group, we can arrange different times)
• Must be 5 or older
• Maximum weight per passenger is limited to 250 lbs; total group weight can not exceed 480 pounds
• Must provide a valid ID
• A waiver must be signed by all passengers
• No person in any type of influence allowed at or around the property; no smoking allowed
• For passengers with a disability, please contact the merchant prior to booking to arrange in advance
• No outside food and drink allowed
• Must wear comfortable shoes; no high heels or flip flops
• Please arrive 20 minutes before flight
• Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
Cancellation
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, You Must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
