Is Hershey Gardens open in inclement weather?
In the event of severe, inclement weather, guests may be asked to exit the Gardens and seek shelter in their cars or move into the Conservatory. Guests will be re-admitted once the storm has passed.
Is Hershey Gardens wheelchair accessible? Are wheelchairs available?
Hershey Gardens is wheelchair accessible. To avoid steep terrain, please follow the suggested route on the map guide. Hershey Gardens has a limited number of manual wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs may not be reserved in advance.
What items are restricted at Hershey Gardens?
Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Weapons are considered to be any item that could endanger public safety. Some examples include: firearms, knives and mace. Hershey Gardens reserves the right to refuse the entry of any item that could be considered a weapon.
Are shirts and shoes required?
For your safety, shoes and a shirt are required during your entire visit, both indoors and out.
