• Electric Scooter Rentals are Available for 1 or 2 Hour Intervals.
• Helmets are Provided FREE of Charge for All Riders - Ask and You Shall Receive.
• Max Speed: 20 Miles per Hour.
• Weight Limit is 300 Pounds.
• Limit 2 Riders Per Scooter - There is an Additional $20 Charge for the 2nd Rider on One Scooter.
• Riders Younger Than 18 Must be Accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian and Must Wear a Helmet.
• All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer' Before Participating in the Activity.
• Riders Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws.
• Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not be Permitted to Rent or Ride.
• The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.
