This is a beautiful and scenic experience!
We paddle out to the mangroves on the inlet side of Caladesi to see various types of marine life.
The guide will talk about the special marine ecosystem that makes this sanctuary thrive such as mangroves, sea grass beds, salt water fish and turtles!
Then we make our way around to the Gulf side of Caladesi where we can get out of our kayaks and walk on a white sandy beach to watch a beautiful sunset or early morning and look for shells and observe shorebirds.
There’s no saying what other surprises and wildlife we may encounter on this adventure! A lot of times we see dolphins, manatees and migratory birds!
