Rules and Regulations
•Must be at least 18 years old with a Major Credit Card in order to rent.
•There are no age requirements to be a passenger and anyone 15 or older can drive alone.
•Florida State Law requires any person born on/after January 1, 1988 to have a Safe Boating License with them.
