Check-in Desk & Parking
The Island Breeze Luau reservation desk is located in the lobby of Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. Check-in for the luau takes place in the Hawaiian Monarchy Room, where vouchers must be turned in for lū’au tickets. Guests must have tickets to be admitted to the lū’au. Ample parking is available at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. Parking validation is available during check-in and at our retail table during the Lu’au.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Groups of 10 or more require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
