The Striped Bass is the most sought after species in the Long Island Sound. Their size ranging from the smaller 5 lb. schoolies, all the way to record size fish such as an 81 pounder! They mainly feed on Menhaden a.k.a. Bunker, but will hunt in areas feeding on crustaceans, eels, and other fish as well.
