Fisher-Man Guide Service

A typical floundering trip consists of heading out to one of the islands prior to dark. You will generally get to see a great sunset and then the fun begins. From there we will wade in shallow water rarely more than 18″s deep. We use underwater dive lights mounted on poles that I build. You will also carry a gig in the other hand. Once you spot a flounder and gig him I will have a stringer ready to put him on and then on to the next one. While in search of flounder you will see other things from crabs to shrimp, redfish, mullet, and stingrays. The average trip is usually about 3-4 hours and we generally average 12-15 fish a night. Some nights we get a lot more, some nights less.
