Early on the tour visit Duluth’s famous Rose Garden. Set on Duluth’s Upper Lakewalk, it is the site of 3,000 rose bushes and 12,000 non-rose plantings. It is perched on top of the I-35 freeway tunnel and hosts beautiful views of Lake Superior. Pictured behind the Segway Gliders, is the Rose Garden gazebo, a popular place for summer weddings.
