Owner Victor Herrera is one of the most experienced cyclists and bicycle mechanics in South Florida. Training with Victor gives you the opportunity to ride with a former professional road and track cyclist. He shares the knowledge he acquired from his 12 years of racing professionally all over the world for various teams based out of Colombia, including the Colombian National Cycling Team. Training begins by working on technique and improving skills such as bike handling and positioning, to engaging in specific physical drills and exercises designed to improve physical performance. All of this under the expert guidance of the trainers who focus on keeping each ride fun and challenging while maintaining the safety of the group and the individual.
